'Retire' button doesn't work in Service Operations Workspace (SOW)

In Service Operations Workspace (SOW) of my PDIs, 'Retire' button (OOTB) doesn't work. How to fix it ?

We are facing the same, I updated this plugin you mentioned (sn_sow_itsm_cont), but issue still persist.

Can you tell if this answer you got from HI?

For us option 1 - did not solve the issue yet.

OK, this is working even without the plugin -just need to type at least 5 characters and this is working as expected
