When my instance expired, I chose to get a new instance instead of requesting an extension. Is there any way I can have my previous instance restored? It has all of the previous work that I have done up to this point.

When you are requesting a new instance, you will not get your previous work in that. If you need previous work better extend the old instance or take a back up of all your work and add in new instance.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Christie Jackso ,
If u have already got a new instance for the same ID then unfortunately there is no way u can get ur previous instance back. While working on PDI remember to take necessary backup of ur work or the whole instance as servicenow does not keep your instance for a very long time now if unused.
Thanks,
Danish

Hi @Christie Jackso ,
when first a PDI has been reclaimed, there is no way to get it back again.

@Christie Jackso If you chose to go with a new instance then the previous instance might have already been reclaimed and data associated with it have already been purged by the servicenow.
