SERVICE REQUEST SURVEYS:
- We would like to include the overall satisfaction question along with the smileys in the body of the survey email that gets triggered to the customers (mock-up shown below) Upon choosing the very satisfied, satisfied or neutral smileys, the customer should be able to directly hit submit.
Note: the additional comments field in the email is non mandatory upon choosing very satisfied, satisfied and neutral smileys.
2.When the customer chooses the dissatisfied rating(last two smileys), the submit button is greyed out and redirected to the detailed survey web page with further questions as shown in the below mock-up.
