We are attempting to go through all of the Skipped Updates and attempt to revert these to the base system where possible by clicking Revert to Base System.
While this does replace the record with the OOTB version, it continues to indicate that it is customized.
Is there a proper way to revert these so they are actually considered OOTB and not customized?

Yeah, it's checked. I'd rather not uncheck that since it still has my user showing as the last update.
I'm going to be applying a new Patch level soon and I'll test if the Replace on Upgrade part will override it with the OOTB version without showing as a customer update.

Do you have multiple skipped updates in different patch/release updates? If so, I had noticed that the UI action only worked when you clicked in the most recent version of patch/release.
