Right click features not working in fields in the incident form

hello community,

         when i right click on some fields eg :state,short description to gets its fieds name for scripting its shows me browser right click options.Can anyone help me find out why it is happening and how can i solve it.

Can you please open the browser console and check if there are errors?

Usually a missing context menu is caused by failing onLoad Client Scripts/UI Macros.

can you please tell how to check onload client script/UI macros in our pdi

Open console by pressing F12

Then click on console and check for any errors, with familiar client side scripts name.

It can be a bit clumsy as you can see from my screenshot, but you will find a lot of helpful information out there.
