Right Click on header not working in Approval forms ?

I am facing an issue where I am unable to personalize the Approval form? Moreover, the right click is not working in this form. I need to personalize it and add some fields in activity of this approval forms. Does anyone know how to enable it ? I am having admin access too.

Hey Hari,

I can personalize the sysapproval_approver.list. And yes, there is one client script on the parent table, but that is only for making Approvers related list visible and non-visible depending on the roles. Moreover, I am unable to personalize sysapproval_approver.form.

ok, I was thinking list. Did you have a look at the System UI->UI Context Menu? Also, just check if there are any errors on the page when it loads, if the page got loaded   with errors, then it can cause this.

Yeah I looked into it.. There are lots of scripts.. I am going through each one.. Will let you know if I find something.

And, there is no error while the page is loaded.

I can't find anything on UI Context Menus. Moreover, I can't find Form Layout in UI Context menus list.. Do you know where I can find that??
