Risk Assessment question help text to place it on Right side.

In the Risk Assessment task generated for a user on the risk portal . There are sections on the assessment.
Under each section – There are list of question with options to select . The helping text is currently available when we hit “ ? " icon . see snip below. We want to place it to right as shown below.

Can you please guide how this can be achieved?

The current "?" icon for help text offers a clean and consistent user experience across the platform. Maybe consider user training to familiarize them with this existing functionality? It avoids cluttering the layout while keeping help readily accessible.

@javiercarpe @Dr Atul G- LNG @Community Alums Guidance text field in sn_risk_advanced_manual_factor form has tabular format data configured. When we click on ? n the next experience ui (/now/risk/page/risk-assessment-homepage), the guidance text is visible in dialog. The dialog doesnt show col 1 and col2. It shows col3, col4.  User is not able to view col1 and col2 at all. 

Is there way to format the tabular data so that it shows the entire table and not from middle of table.
