Hi @Arun_Manoj 

I tested the same in my PDI and it’s working as expected. Did you configure the risk events correctly?

What is state of your Risk event. Is it in new?

Any dependency with risk event , for the Risk event entries?

I tried in PDI for some risk event not showing

Hi @Arun_Manoj 

I'm not 100% sure, but based on my understanding, risk event entries need to be created manually by the Risk Manager.

However, if the risk event is raised via a template, then it gets created automatically.
