There are 2 Plugins required for this:
- Change Management - Risk Intelligence plugin (com.snc.change_management.ml.risk)
- Change Management - Standard Change Template Intelligence plugin (com.snc.change_management.ml.sctp)
Relevant SN Document: PI for Change Management
Roles Required: 'ml_admin', 'ml_report_user'
Once the above plugins are installed you will find modules named:
Predictive intelligence under which there will be more modules > Classification, Similarity, Clustering, Regression.
In the Solution definition[ml_capability_definition_classification] module, you can define/train the solution models as per your requirement.
There is a business rule that helps in predicting these solutions post the training of solution:
'Default Task Based Prediction' and this is provided OOB after installing the above plugins.
