Hi @Abhilasha5 ,

There are 2 Plugins required for this:

  • Change Management - Risk Intelligence plugin (com.snc.change_management.ml.risk)
  • Change Management - Standard Change Template Intelligence plugin (com.snc.change_management.ml.sctp)

Relevant SN Document: PI for Change Management

Roles Required: 'ml_admin', 'ml_report_user'

Once the above plugins are installed you will find modules named:
Predictive intelligence under which there will be more modules > Classification, Similarity, Clustering, Regression.

In the Solution definition[ml_capability_definition_classification] module, you can define/train the solution models as per your requirement.
There is a business rule that helps in predicting these solutions post the training of solution:
'Default Task Based Prediction' and this is provided OOB after installing the above plugins.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give it a thumbs up.

Can anyone describe the user experience here? Like how are candidates presented and what is the process around implementing them?
