Hi experts,
For some reason, the records in the risk management workspace is not interactive i.e. if I open a risk event with 3 issues, and when I click those 3 issues, I am unable to track back to the parent record (Risk event). Please see attached screenshot from my developer instance which is working fine. Note: I noticed this happening in all workspaces not just the risk workspace.
Any help would be appreciated.
