RITM and Request state getting updated to Closed Complete

Hey everyone,
I am trying to fix an error happening with multiple catalog items of similar scenario,
When we Close Complete 1st task and Close Cancel any of upcoming tasks at first the RITM State & Request State goes to correct states then gets updated to incorrect 'Closed Complete' state after few seconds. I tried to fix this issue making changes in Flow but nothing got fixed.
I Checked with other similar items which have 2 or more tasks, when we Close Complete 1st task and Close cancel any of upcoming tasks they are also showing the same behavior.
Please help me out to solve this issue!

what's your business requirement?
Ideally you should close RITM when last sc_task under that RITM is closed

RITM Stage is correct 'Request Cancelled' but RITM State & Request State is 'Closed Complete', It should be 'Cancelled' & 'Closed Incomplete' respectively I hope.

Can you please apply Field Watcher to your field and check what is running on your state?
or please debug either your flow designer is updating the State Values.
