RITM and Request state getting updated to Closed Complete

Hey everyone,

I am trying to fix an error happening with multiple catalog items of similar scenario,

 

When we Close Complete 1st task and Close Cancel any of upcoming tasks at first the RITM State & Request State goes to correct states then gets updated to incorrect 'Closed Complete' state after few seconds. I tried to fix this issue making changes in Flow but nothing got fixed.

 

I Checked with other similar items which have 2 or more tasks, when we Close Complete 1st task and Close cancel any of upcoming tasks they are also showing the same behavior. 

 

Please help me out to solve this issue!

@Gaurav Shirsat I tried the field watcher method for State Field...for some RITM records of the same issue there are no logs attached & for some RITM there ACL logs attached. Nothing related to Flow or BR was not found.
