RITM has the reopen count increased

Requested Items have the re-open function by opening a new incident with "Reopen" at the beginning of the short description, the RITM has the reopen count increased. For better tracking, new incident opened will have reopen count start with 1.

From incident when we reopen any incident reassignment count will be increase, in this same way i want when  I reopen RITM,  RITM has the reopen count increased.

It’s a process issue. An incident can be reopened if it’s in a resolved state, but a REQ/RITM never has a resolved state — it’s either closed or canceled. So, what you’re looking for is not possible.
