Hi Guys, Is it possible for the Variables to auto-populate if Item is changed? Let's say I change the item to "IT" will it auto-populate the Variables for "IT"?

No once the item is submitted the variables are related to it. That is why out of the box the Item field is read only and cannot be changes.
