RITM list taking too much time to load

There are 10 Catalog item variables in the RITM list view and it is taking too much time to load, even after that the list is not loading. Is there a way to load the list?

what if you remove those 10 variables from list?
Does it load quickly?
If yes then you know the issue is with those 10 variables.
Why not create a report if you wish to show the RITM variables?

If we remove all the variables(default view), it loads.
Out of 10 variables, 4 loads. When I add the 5th one, it leads to page timeout. Mostly of the variable is single line text type variable type
