RITM should be closed when all tasks are close complete using Flow designer

Hi,

We have created 5 flows simultaneously through flow designer. now we need to close RITM if all the tasks are close complete. how to achieve this through flow? can we gather all the 5 tasks state in one step and check the state whether it is completed or not?
Any lead will helpful

You can add an update action in flow designer to set the RITM stage to closed complete.

You could use "Update Record" The "trigger > request item" was the RITM record from the data picker
