Iam having two catalog items , iam requesting one catalog item then automatically another catalog item is requested automatically , which two are not in same request number , Now from one RITM record to another RITM record i need to pass data like i need to pass field data . The second catalog item is triggered by using flow design .

First you need to link these two items with each other either by using OOB field or creating custom field.

You can use 'Parent' and set one (first RITM) as parent in second RITM and the you can use FLOW/WORKFLOW or Business rule to copy fields from Parent RITM.
