Hi Everyone,
Does RTE support custom tables? Or is this meant only for CMDB Classes?
I was exploring on this for custom table and ISET doesn't show any records being captured under any other columns (inserts/updates...) apart from processed column.
Why is this happening?
Thanks,
Raghu

This is the same behavior even when I tried with CMDB Classes.
Why I am seeing this odd behavior?
Any suggestions please.

I tried both in pdi and customer instances but the behavior is same. Getting clueless.

Hi Raghavendra Mud,
I was experiencing the same problem as you did, I created an RTE Definition and after attempting to do a transformation I got the same result as you - no inserts or updates, only processed. I have not been able to pinpoint the exact cause of this behavior.
However, I decided to try a different approach and instead of manually creating the RTE Definition and related records I went ahead and used the IntegrationHub - Import functionality. - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-integrate-applications/page/administer/integrationhu...
After completing the steps the transformations using RTE is now working as expected.
Hope this functionality will help you out.
