Role Audit table not capturing the records which are adding through groups

Hi All,

In one of my instance Role audit table are not capturing the records where roles are providing through groups.

And in all Granted by groups showing as blank.

Thanks for your update,

I have checked your above given inputs its not the case.

Even groups are active and roles are OOB that are assigned to some groups.

Kindly suggest.
