Role Issue

Hi, I have installed the Universal Request plugin and configured it to work as expected. but when we add the universal request routing role to agile groups. The users are unable to update the average points for the agile field. Once we remove it, it's working. We have checked ACLs and everything. but unable to find a solution.

What did the Access Analyzer give you as results?

It gives the result write as passed .but still the user is unable to edit.Also if we remove the routing role then the users are able to edit.Thanks
