How to remove annotations from a form in a Workspace

In a Workspace in ServiceNow, I'm wanting to remove the below annotation for change records:

However, I'm not sure where this is configured. I'm just wondering if anyone know how to remove annotations from a Workspace.

It doesn’t look like this is OOTB, as I can’t see it in my PDI. It might be a label that is hidden or displayed through a UI Policy or Client Script.

look into the workspace view on your change request table and delete it from that view

It will be gone from workspace then
