role required to create and move update set

Hello Experts,

I would like to know the role required to create an update set I checked the service document but they didn't specify any role. Could anyone please tell me which specific role needs to create an update set in ServiceNow?

Other members have already shared the role and it's admin

I won't recommend non-admin doing this activity

In ServiceNow, the ability to create and manage update sets is typically controlled by the "admin" role.

If you are looking for development without Admin role, you can have a look on the functionality of delegated developer in Servicenow which provides an ability to develop and deploy at application level.
