Role to the end user

Hello All,

I have requirement to give the read access to the report attached in the link to the end user.

Report is created on sys_user_group , and this report is attached in to link in one catalog item .

Now is there a way to give read access to all the end user who can only access portal without assigning any license role.

I have tried through snc_read_only role but it didn't work.

when I am assign this role with snc_internal role , it is coming like this. Please find the attached screen shot.
