Roles needed for access to Requested Item

Hello 

 

I have a new group created called "Com Requirement" and I need to give them access to request item. Would anyone happen to know what role I have to give this group in other to have access to request item 

 

I need for them to be able to read, write and edit only for requested item

Hi @June Anderson ,

 

Open Requested Item Table from System Definition - Tables

Navigate to the bottom of the page where you should see access control tab.

Do a show matching on sc_req_item record only. 

there will be multiple acls for read\write\create\delete.

 

Go through them n provide the suitable roles to that group.
