Roles required for developers without admin role in ITSM

Hi,

To start developing in ServiceNow which roles do we need without from admin role, to make form changes, to write scripts, to edit and create service catalog and other roles for development activities.

With the admin role you could do all of this (some exceptions though). Or is your question, how to do this without the admin role?
