Roles that consumes ITOM Discovery Licenses

Hi guys.

I have a situation with a client that was contacted by Servicenow Team because the company is using more ITOM Discovery licenses than purchased through their current plan. The thing is that they do not want to pay for the licenses so they're asking me to identify what are the roles that are consuming licenses and in what manner we can allow to the users to see the tables and their records without incur in a penalty with Servicenow.
I'm searching in the Subscription Management, but I can't find useful information that led me to the roles that I need to identify.

If you ask me, I would recommend involving your SN account manager. Whenever it’s about licensing, the SN account manager is the right person to contact."
