Using ITIL role how i restrict the user to read only in cmdb ci tables?

Hi @MS12345 ,

 

i know that ServiceNow have added some write ACLs OOTB, hence I would suggest to instead of modifying the ACL OOTB, then instead create a deny-unless ACL to ensure that only users with your specific role have write access.
