Round Robin Assignment for SCTasks and Incidents

We want to configure round robin assignment for SCTasks and incidents as per the below requirement.

 

Newly created SCTasks and incidents should be assigned to only currently available assignees (assigned to) of a particular assignment group as per round robin assignment.
