My Requirement: We allow the user to select 3 values value_1, value_2, value_3 from a custom table where based on the selection for value 1 -> value _2 will give options with reference qualifier the same applies for value_3 w.r.to value_2
There is a separate hidden variable value_4 which is auto populated based on the selection on value_3 there is another last variable value_5 which is a multi line text which captures all 4 variables in and is displayed with '-' in between for the user/agent reference this can also be archived with MRVS basically which will be easy and less code (but building workflow is a pain) the issue I am facing is in the workflow where I need to route to different approval groups based on the values of the value_4. for example if the value is "P2P" approval group should be "xyz-approval-p2p", if the value is "C2C" approval group should be "xyz-approval-c2c" and so on the values can be multiple meaning based on user selection it can be P2P, C2C, R2R, all together. the nifty part is the user can select any number of combinations which means there are multiple values in that variable. How can I archive this kindly help on this as soon as possible
