Run CMD in MID Server through Script in Instance

I have installed AWS Command Line Interface (CLI) in my MID Server. Thus, by running Windows CMD, i can move files from local MID Server to AWS S3 Bucket. 

Question :

1. How I can run CMD command through my Instance like scripting in Script Include, or Scheduled Job?

2. How to capture response in CMD (after command) into ServiceNow system log?

The reason is I need to automate the job without manually run CMD in MID Server.

you can run it via powershell using ecc queue
