Salesforce Spoke – Multiple Tenant Integration

Hi Team,

I am working on integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce using the Salesforce Spoke. In our setup, we have two different Salesforce tenants that need to be integrated with ServiceNow.

To achieve this, I created two child connections under the Salesforce Spoke connection & credential alias.

Connection 1 – Validation successful and working fine
Connection 2 – Validation failing with error:

"Credentials and connection validation error. Resource does not exist."

Both connections are configured with:

Separate OAuth credentials
Separate Client ID & Client Secret
Different Salesforce tenant URLs
Different access tokens

I verified the following:

OAuth profile is active
Token generation is successful
Same connection template used for both
Endpoint URL updated as per second tenant

However, the second child connection still fails during Test Connection.

Has anyone implemented multiple Salesforce tenant integrations using Salesforce Spoke?

Is there any additional configuration required for multiple child connections or any limitation with Salesforce Spoke?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @TejasviR

I have worked with Multiple salesforce tenant integration for a client, No issue faced except that initially connection established issue which was with the endpoint/ credential with proper access  .

That time  we used to work with salesforce guy. After they gave proper endpoint, proper permission,

Issue got fixed.
