Hello,
A user (i.e. System Administrator) is part of two groups which are Group A and Group B.
First, System Administrator approval record will be created only once either from Group A or Group B.
Secondly, If admin approves from either of the group suppose it approves from Group A, it automatically skips the other group approval. Showing No Longer Required.
I want that approval will require from both the groups and the entry of common person i.e. System Administrator will be created twice according to the groups.
Why it is happening, is it a out of the box business rule or something else.
How can I achieve this requirement? Any help will be appreciated.
Thank You

Hi @pranavagarw
First, the System Administrator approval record will be created only once either from Group A or Group B.
Atul: As per OOTB it will create the approval, and not recommend to change this approach.
Secondly, If admin approves from either of the groups suppose it approves from Group A, it automatically skips the other group's approval. Showing No Longer Required.
Atul: You can add validation on same

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG,
I have a similar question - We have a requirement to have two different groups approve in the "Assess" state of a change ticket. There is a scenario where a user may be part of both groups which is causing the Change Approval Policy Decision logic to fail (looks like it's confused). This was not an issue with the good ol "workflow editor" approval activity. Thank you!

I think in this case you need to log case with Now Support, as it was working with WF but not with flow right?
