Save and more actions not visible to users on workspace

Hi all,

 

I have created a custom workspace and I have provided roles within ux_route acl for that workspace to an user.

He's able to see workspace and lists as well.

But when he opens a record from list, he's not able to see 'Save' button as More actions icon.

What might be the reason for this?

Please let me know if you have faced similar issue

Hi @BijoyDeb ,

 

Did you validate if you have the Save button UI action enabled for Workspace for the particular table.

Field - Workspace Form Button should be checked

Hi @BijoyDeb 

For the 'Save' button to appear in a custom workspace, ensure the following:

  1. Workspace Form Button:
    • Verify that the 'Save' button UI action has checked for the workspace form button 
  2. User Roles:
    • Confirm that the user has the necessary roles to view and interact with the 'Save' button.
