How to create dependency of one survey question with multiple survey questions

Hello,

We want to make a question (Type: string) dependent on multiple questions (Type: Choice) (i.e consider we have 6 questions in a survey out of which 5 questions are of type choice and options for all five questions are Good , Satisfied , Bad and Very Bad. When User selects Bad and Very Bad for any of the 5 questions , 6th field Comments should become mandatory)

Currently we are able to establish the dependency with only one field. Is there a way to create dependency of Comments field with all 5 questions.

ServiceNow support engineer has confirmed that this requirement is not feasible in Kingston. It might be possible in future releases as part of enhancement.
