Save option disable on report created by me for others

Is there any way by which Others should be able to copy my reports using the "Insert and Stay" feature, but should not be able to save over, and replace my original reports.

Insert and Stay will create a new copy and before a user save, need to change the name , as it will be override. It is more on education side.

Others will not be able to update your reports if they don't have report_admin or report_global roles.

These roles should not be provided to users

What version is your instance running on?

I've noticed that there isn't a save button available for users viewing shared reports. Instead, they have access to options like Insert or Insert and stay.
