Save or submit button is not available on service portal to save the delegates on profile view

Hi team,
I have a requirement to add a widget "Edit granular delegate" to profile view in employee center portal.
I have added it through page designer but there is no any submit or save button so that once i select the delegate it can save . 
How can i achieve this?
