Flow designer to close the case once all tasks are closed

Hi,

I want to close the Case once all the related tasks are closed in flow designer. If not closed then i want to wait all the task to get closed so that we can close the case. I am using lookup records actions. How to configure further steps?

If all child incident is closed then after Parent incident should be closed. How to achieve through...

Look up Records does return count. please share your complete flow or that Lookup Records flow action screenshot
