Save portal attached attachment in AWS S3 instead of attachment table

Hi Everyone,

I have a record producer on a Portal where user will be attaching one or more files using paper clip attachment icon.

OnSubmit, I want to take the attachment and upload it to AWS S3 and then not save the attachment in sys_attachment table.

the idea is to use S3 as attachment repository and not store them in Servicenow.
