Hey everyone,
Is it possible to save a filter that has a "Group by" action selected?
IE: Unresolved tickets grouped by State
Thanks!

The only way I have been able to do it is by creating a report (for Me) and then drag it to the bookmark bar.

Jason,
You will go the list and do a Group By. Then Save the filter. Now you should be able to use that filter laster which will give you Group BY

Mani,
Thanks, that gets me half way to where I want to be. Is it possible to make a bookmark of that view once it's saved?
Thanks!

Hi Jason.
check this link:
Using the Interface - ServiceNow Wiki
the part on creating Bookmarks. You should be able to create the bookmark from the breadcrumb:
Move your mouse onto the breadcrumb and drag from there to the bookmarks panel. A green + should show and then you can let go and that will save the bookmark.
Hope that helps.
Alexandra

Yes it does create a bookmark, but it doesn't include the "Group By State" view when it saves the bookmark. It goes back to a basic list based on the breadcrumb.
