SC Task Time worked

Hello All,

 

In SC Task related list "Time Worked" tab I can see new button to create but when I click on new button below page is showing, I am unable to create new time worked, previously I was able to create but I am not sure why I am getting the security prevents error.

Please help me by giving solution to this issue.

Hi @priyanka1028 

 

Please check ACL related to the Time Worked [task_time_worked] table.

reason for this is an ACL is preventing the user from accessing information from this table.

as per my understanding if your not an admin and trying create the Time Worked then you should have some role like wm_basic/sn_customerservice_agent

I have checked the roles and ACL as well but I cant see any ACL which is stopping access to time worked table and also user is having the role you mentioned above.

Please check the ACLs on the [task_time_worked] table and modify them accordingly.
