Hi,

I want virtual machine name and virtual machine IP address should be populate as a mandatory when SC task status changed to 'close complete' in-service operations workspace (SOW) view and in native view and global view. when SC task status is 'work in progress' or 'open' virtual machine name and virtual machine IP address should not populate as mandatory in service operation workspace, in native view and global view. how can do that please suggest?

You have these fields on the sc_task form? You can use an onChange client script to make the fields mandatory on change of the status.
