SCCM Service Graph Connector - Most Recent Discovery

Hi All,

 

I am struggling to get the 'Last_Discovered' field to update on CIs that are discovered via SCCM. I can see that in the import, the hwscan date/time is there, but it does not update the target field except for the first time the CI is created. 

Is there a way to remediate this?

We have the same issue - over 33k of computer records where Last HW Scan isn't matching up to Most Recent Discovery and causing our CMDB health to record these as stale. 

Hey Jeff  - we ended up doing a TON of troubleshooting on this issue so happy to offer some advice. For us, it actually came down to some reconciliation rules being improperly configured. I'd make sure you have any reconciliation rules affecting CIs from the sccm discovery source set up correctly.
