Schedule Job/Email notification - fired event

Hi all,

I am trying to create an email chaser to users notifying them of an open request and to collect an item. The trigger should be sent at the point where the RITM has been open for Over 5 working days.

I have created an email notification:

And a scheduled Job

In the email notification I am struggling to know what event name to include, and is there something wrong with the scheduled script code as when I test the email and job neither work.

Instead of creating a scheduled job or other more complex solutions I would advise to put this in the Flow or Workflow that is related to the RITM. I guess there might be edge cases where that don't make sense but I would start by exploring that path if you haven't already.
