Schedule Job that runs on 5th business day

I need help creating a Schedule job that creates a HR case twice a year, every 5th business day of May and November

Are there any (banking) Holidays in the first week of May or November where you are located? Or can we just assume on skipping the weekends? That would make it easier.

Yes there are bank holidays in the first week of both months
