In client instance there are some ACL Placed on report schedule or you don't have full rights. It is bcz sometime client dont want that anyone or everyone can schedule any report.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi,
To schedule report you must have report_admin or report_scheduler role. Can you confirm if you have that on your client instance?
In PDI you probably have admin so it all works.

The "Schedule" option might be missing in your client environment due to several reasons. Here’s how you can troubleshoot:
Check User Roles: Ensure you have the necessary roles like report_admin, report_user, or admin in the client instance.
Permissions: Verify that the report’s permissions are set correctly and that no Access Control Rules are restricting report scheduling.
Report Type: Make sure the report type supports scheduling. Some custom reports might not.
UI Policies/Actions: Check for any UI policies or actions that might be hiding the "Schedule" option.
System Properties: Ensure that scheduled reports are enabled in "System Properties > Report Settings."
Browser Issues: Clear your browser cache or try a different browser to rule out UI rendering issues.
Version Differences: Check if both instances are on the same ServiceNow version. Feature differences may exist across versions.

Hi @Mayur Patil2 ,
Do you have access to sysauto_report.list? This is the table for scheduled reports.
