Schedule Report

Hello Developers,

I am not able to find Schedule option in Reports for Client environment. But in Personal Instance it is present. Below is the SS from my PDI. Please help to figure put this.

Hi @Mayur Patil2 ,

To create scheduled reports, users must have both the itil role and either the report_admin or report_scheduler role.

1) For creating a report report_Admin or Admin is must

2) For publishing a report report_Admin or Admin is must

3) Scheduling a report i think admin or schedule_admin can do it
