Scheduled job on 1st business day of March and August every year

I would like to trigger a schedule job on 1st business day of March and August every year. Business day can be any day of the week as long as it is first business day of that month.

@Sumanth16  This does not answer my query. It should not trigger any other day but only on the 1st business day of that month.

you can search for hours, but you won't find a way to check on just working days OOB.
