Scheduled job run time was 00:00:00 was not run , why will no schedule job run if i give this time

Why my scheduled job did not run as i gave the time to run was 00:00:00, please let me know whats the reason .

It should. Have you set it active? You should try Execute now and check the logs then. If your info doesn't show up, does it show the error then? You could also try running it with all of the code removed and just the gs.info() included to see whether your script just fails to run completely, though you should always get the error with trycatch
