Scheduled reports are not working since 15 days

HI team , 

we have an issue with scheduled reports - 

isssue : 

There are 6 scheduled reports (attached) which will be shared to MIAS team on a daily basis are currently not working.

When we try to open the mail it has 2 files (Excel and PDF) which doesn't consists of any data instead it is showing an error(attached).

Could you pls check and let us know what is the issue since this is effecting our Daily BAU activities.

How to solve this issue , 

What steps i have take , Please help me here . 

Please provide screenshots for better understanding .

Hi @nameisnani ,

You need to look at the scheduled report "run as". If the persona in the "run as" field no not have access to the tables, then you need to select another person or to give ACL access right for the given table/tables.

@AndersBGS has suggested a solution and i think thats the rootcause here, fix the user Run as or grant access to the user. that must fix the issue...

or also see if there was any rescent ACL created on the table.

On the sysauto_report table you have a column name called "run as":

Ensure that the "run as" has access to the table which the report is based on.
