Searching for a configuration guide or general document on how to build an API using the SCIM protocol for provisioning users. The integration is between a UCaaS and ServiceNow enterprise system. Any tips or information related to using the SCIM connector to pull information from ServiceNow for the purpose of provisioning Unified Communications user accounts. Any information related to this topic is appreciated.

Are there any plans for servicenow to support outbound rest SCIM calls to allow the provisioning of users in remote systems that support SCIM API calls? So when a user is created in servicenow an outbound rest call is invoked to provision a the user in a remote system that itself supports SCIM? Alternatively is there something on the roadmap?

Can you pls. share if there is plan for "outbound rest SCIM calls to allow the provisioning of users in remote systems that support SCIM API calls? So when a user is created in ServiceNow an outbound rest call is invoked to provision a the user in a remote system that itself supports SCIM". From security perspective, this should be way forward and would be great to know, if there is any roadmap on this?
